CHICKASHA, OK — In a challenging matchup, the Southwestern College (0-3, 0-0) women's soccer team faced off against the Science and Arts Drovers at McLaughlin Field. The Moundbuilders fell 6-1.

From the start, the Drovers had a strong offense, leading 3-0 at halftime. The Builders struggled to break through the Drovers' defenses, finally saw a glimmer of hope as Natalie Belanger scored the lone goal for the Moundbuilders. 

Notably, Elisa Llamas and Victoria Moats shared responsibilities in goal for Southwestern, with Llamas making an impressive 10 saves during the game. 

The Builders are back home, Wed. Sept. 11, at 6:30pm against Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
