Kramm enters the spring of 2021 as her first season with the Southwestern College cheer & dance programs. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in nutritional science from the University of Missouri. During her time there, she served as a member of the University of Missouri cheerleading squad from 2017-2020. Throughout those three seasons, Kramm participated on the sidelines at athletic events, both home and away, and various SEC events including SEC College Gamedays. She assisted the team to two third-place finishes in the All-Girl Division 1A at NCA Collegiate National Championship in Daytona, Florida in 2018 and 2019.  

Since 2017, Kramm has been a part of the NCA staff and currently serves as a Head-Instructor.  As Head-Instructor, she is responsible for coordinating and organizing camps and clinics throughout the midwest, while also assisting other staffers in teaching fundamentals, technical ability, and performance quality to athletes of all age ranges and skill levels.

A native of Glasgow, Missouri, Kramm was a member of the varsity cheerleading program for Glasgow High School for four seasons, earning two MCCA State Cheerleading Championship titles and a top-ten finish at the NCA High School Nationals in Dallas, Texas.  During this time, she also competed competitively at Eagle Elite Cheerleading in Columbia, Missouri.
