LonDarius Thomas enters his second year as Running Backs Coach on staff under Brad Griffin.

Thomas joined the Builder Football Coaching staff in July 2018 and he will continue to serve as the Builders Running backs coach.

After completing his 2017 season, Thomas, as a first year coach, coached an All-American sophomore who also earned All-KCAC recognition rushing around 1300 yards. The Moundbuilders hasn’t had a 1,000 yard rusher in nearly 10 years.

Prior to Southwestern, Thomas played at Kansas Wesleyan University from 2014-2017 where he earned All KCAC recognition 2015, 2016, and 2017.

A native of Houston, Texas, Thomas earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Kansas Wesleyan University in 2017. He also received his Masters in Business Administration at KWU in July of 2019.
