    Assistant Coach

Nate Justice joined the Southwestern College football coaching staff prior to the 2015 season. Justice spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Winona State University also working with the wide receivers. Justice joined the Warrior coaching staff after spending the 2011-12 seasons as a student assistant at the University of Minnesota.

In 2014, Justice worked with Josh Mikes who finished the season with 59 catches for 1,025 yards and 13 TD's. Mikes was named Second Team All-Region. As a group the Warriors caught 28 TD passes and finished with a 4-7 overall record. Seven different receivers caught at least 12 passes for Winona State during the 2013 season, with Tony Mueller and Alan May leading the team with 32 grabs each. Justice helped guide an extremely young unit, with two sophomores, a freshman and Mueller - a former professional baseball player seeing his first action on a football field since high school - making up WSU’s top four pass catchers.

Justice was a student assistant on the offensive side of the football during the 2011-12 seasons at the University of Minnesota, primarily working on opponent breakdowns and self-scouting. The Gophers recorded a 6-7 overall record in 2012 and played in the Meineke Car Care Bowl.

He was also an equipment manager for Minnesota during the 2009-10 seasons, with the team participating in bowl games in both campaigns.

A native of Austin, Minnesota, Justice earned a degree in Sports Management from Minnesota in 2012 and completed his Master’s Degree in Sports Management at Winona State in 2014.
