Coach Sanchez enters his 1st season with the Moundbuilders as Assistant Coach. He played for the Moundbuilders the last two seasons where he served as team captain.
Coach Sanchezcomes from Houston, Texas. He played Division One soccer in the Houston area for seven years with the Alliance Soccer Club. Played in top tournaments such as the Schwan's USA Cup in Blaine, MN, the Tampa Sun Bowl in Tampa Bay, FL, and was part of the Championship team at the Cocoa Beach Expo Cup in Cocoa Beach, FL. Served as team captain and was part of two state qualifying teams. He played his high school ball for North Shore Senior High School helping win a District Championship and several playoff appearances. While at Southwestern, he was named 1st Team All-KCAC Defender in 2005 and received Honorable Mention All-KCAC as a goalie in 2006.
Sanchez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and is now currently working on his Masters in Business Administration.
