Coach Megan Hart enters her third season with the Southwestern College softball program, serving as a Graduate Assistant Coach. A native of Enid, Oklahoma, Hart joined the Southwestern College coaching staff after earning her bachelor’s degree in Sport & Coaching Science from Oklahoma State University in May 2024.
Prior to beginning her coaching career, Hart played two seasons of collegiate softball at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. During her time at NOC, she earned two associate degrees in Health, Physical Education, & Recreation and Elementary Education.
Hart is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Sports Management through Southwestern College while continuing to coach with the Moundbuilder softball program.
Before joining Southwestern, Hart spent nearly three years coaching with the Oklahoma Blaze travel softball organization from Fall 2021 through Summer 2024. During her time with the organization, she played an integral role in the recruiting process, helping over 20 athletes continue their softball careers at the collegiate level.
Hart brings collegiate playing experience, travel softball coaching experience, and a passion for helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field to the Southwestern College softball program.
