Entering her second year with Southwestern, this will be Bishop's sixth year as a collegiate coach. Formerly an assistant for Central Wyoming College in the 2019-2020 season, she had the opportunity to coach the all-time leading scorer in CWC history, who also was nationally ranked at 8th in three-point percentage for 2018-2019. Additionally, Coach Bishop assisted in graduating three student-athletes and transferred two on to the Division I level. Before CWC she was the assistant coach at Otero Junior College from 2016-2019. During her time at OJC, Jordan graduated 17 players at a 100% graduation rate, with 5 being All-Academic All-Americans.
In 2018, her team was named as NJCAA All-Academic All-American Honorable Mention Team. In 2017, she served as the assistant to Taylor Shaffer who was Region IX South Coach of the Year. In Bishop's time within Region IX, she coached three All-Region IX, two All-Defensive, two All-Offensive, and two All-Tournament players. In her four years of coaching junior college basketball, she transferred 14 players to four-year institutions: four Division I, five Division II, and five NAIA.
Bishop began her playing career at Northeastern Junior College in 2012-2014, finishing with All-Academic Region Awards, and finished her career at Pfeiffer University in 2014-2016, finishing with All-Academic Conference awards and graduated Cum Laude.
She is native to Colorado Springs, Colo. and graduated with an Associate of Arts in Psychology in 2014 from Northeastern Junior College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2016 from Pfeiffer University. She will enter Southwestern College's Professional Studies Master of Science Strategic Leadership Program in Fall 2020.
