Jordan McClure-Williams enters her first year at Southwestern College as the Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach and Assistant Sports Information Director.
McClure-Williams brings a unique combination of coaching and athletic communications experience to Southwestern College, having spent the past four years at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Most recently, she served as the Associate Director of Athletic Marketing & Communications, where she oversaw communications efforts for 11 of the university's 20 varsity sports. Her responsibilities included managing game-day operations, producing written and digital content, maintaining statistical records, coordinating media relations, and enhancing the visibility of Southwestern Athletics through strategic marketing, storytelling, and brand management across multiple platforms.
During the 2025–26 academic year, McClure-Williams was recognized as a Women of Southwestern honoree, an award presented through nominations from students and student-athletes in recognition of her positive impact on the campus community.
Prior to her role in athletic communications, McClure-Williams spent two seasons as the assistant men's and women's golf coach at Southwestern University, where she helped lead both programs to sustained success.
On the women's side, she played an instrumental role in the program's growth, helping the Pirates record 14 top-five finishes, including two runner-up finishes at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships. She also helped guide the program to the highest finish in school history at the Jekyll Island Invitational with an eighth-place team finish, while coaching an individual who placed fifth in a field of 120 competitors. During her tenure, the program produced two SCAC Freshman of the Year honorees, ten WGCA Scholar All-Americans, three First Team All-SCAC selections, and three Second Team All-SCAC selections.
With the men's program, McClure-Williams helped the Pirates earn nine top-five finishes, including three tournament victories. She also contributed to the development of an individual national qualifier, six Cobalt Golf Scholar All-Americans, and one PING All-Region honoree.
In her dual role at Southwestern College, McClure-Williams will lead both the men's and women's golf programs while also supporting the athletic department's communications efforts through media relations, game-day coverage, digital content creation, and strategic storytelling.
A native of Texas, McClure-Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sterling College in 2020, where she was a four-year member of the women's golf team. She went on to receive a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee.
