Box Score MCPHERSON, Kans – Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, Southwestern(8-9, 1-4) was unable to overcome McPherson (13-6, 3-3), falling 0-3, 16-25, 19-25, 22-25.

SC was tied 22-22 in the third set, but that would prove to be the closest they could come to the Bulldogs.

Callie Snowbarger led the Builders with seven kills on the day. Emma Lincoln had six kills and Baylee York contributed four kills.

York led the squad with five blocks, Hannah Weber had three and Snowbarger one.

Haley Shaw continues her steady play with 12 assists and Gabi Theut had eight.

Sophia Wicker, always reliable, had 13 digs, Morgan Pulido grabbed eight, and Theut added seven.

The Builders will be at home next, against Friends University (7-18, 0-6) on Oct. 11, 7pm.
