Southwestern College Men's basketball senior, Cevin Clark, has been chosen by Wichita's ESPN 92.3 Radio listeners as the 2023 Small College Male Athlete of the Year.

Clark lead the Moundbuilders to the 2023 KCAC Tournament championship over Bethel College to earn a birth to the NAIA National Tournament. 

The Builders finsihed 26-7 overall and were ranked as high as the No. 4 team in the country. 

Clark averaged 24.5 points per game, 2.5 rebounds per game, and 1.5 assists per game for Southwestern. 

Clark was First-Team All-KCAC and First-Team All-American.
