OTTAWA, Kan. — Ottawa University shut out Southwestern 47-0.

Ottawa took control early, establishing a lead they never relinquished.

Ottawa's offense racked up 406 total yards compared to Southwestern's 110.

The Braves had 359 passing yards and 47 rushing yards.

Southwestern College's offensive efforts fell short, managing only 97 passing yards and 13 rushing yards, and threw two interceptions.

The Builder defense struggled to stop Ottawa's quarterback, Vivianna Solis, who completed 15 of 22 passes for 92 yards, and running back Miranda Dooley, finished with 28 rushing yards.

The Moundbuilder's will be back in action Saturday, March 16, on the road at Midland University in Nebraska, kickoff will be at 1pm.
