Alexis Soriano netted a goal at 47:31, giving the Moundbuilders a momentary lead.
However, the Eagles responded swiftly, with Thaddeus Chapman equalizing just 20 seconds later.
The decisive moment of the match arrived at 57:55 when Malachi Saffery scored, securing the win for Avila.
