A cold but sunny day started with the doubles on the women's side. Catherine Coe and Mariana Ochoa swept their opponents off their feet, snagging the first doubles win, 6-0. Jasmin Hauska and Grace Roberts made sure to add the second doubles win for the SC ladies as they triumphed in a 7-5 win. Ella Hartnett and Emily Feihle finished things off, as they won their match 6-0, to earn to doubles point for the Builders.

The switch over to the men's side showed similar results. Ryan Kitchin and Pablo Rodriguez shined in their doubles matchup, as they snatched a 6-1 win to start things for the SC men. Benjamin Erdmann and Logan Engela followed with a triumph in their match, 6-4, for the second doubles win. Federico Poi and Albert Modol cleaned up nicely, as they swept their opponents 6-0 to earn the doubles sweep for the Builders.

Coe triumphed in singles match number one for the ladies, as she won 6-2, 7-6 over her counterpart. Hauska was up next, and followed Coe's lead, winning 6-2, 6-3 to give SC the second singles win for the day. Adding on to that was Ochoa, as she was the victor over her opponent, 6-1, 6-4. Another win was snagged by Roberts, who finished her game with a 6-4, 6-0 win. Erdmann (6-3, 6-1) and Engela (6-1, 6-2) added the final two wins to match the Builder women's teams' production.

The final regular-season matches of the season are coming up on Sunday, Apr. 23 in McPherson, Kan. at McPherson College. The Builder men (11-2, 10-0 KCAC) and women (9-1, 8-0 KCAC) are looking to complete undefeated regular-season slates within the conference, and both face a difficult opponent to reach that point. The MC men are the No. 20-ranked team in the nation, and will be the toughest test SC has faced, by far. The women, on the other hand, have fallen from a (RV) squad earlier in the season to the fourth-best record in the KCAC.
