WINFIELD, Kan. — Southwestern College senior Jordan Clancy was named the KCAC Men's Golfer of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.

Clancy earned the honor following his performance at the Central Plains Invite. The Bragg Creek, Alberta, Canada native finished tied for third in a field of 31 golfers after shooting rounds of 78, 71 and 70 on the par-71 course. His three-round total of 219 helped lead the Moundbuilders at the tournament.

Clancy recorded eight birdies and 31 pars over the three rounds, leading Southwestern in both categories.

Clancy also led the Moundbuilders in par-3 scoring, finishing the tournament at four-over with a 3.27 scoring average. That mark tied for fourth among the tournament field.

The weekly honor recognizes performances from Sept. 28 through Oct. 4 and was selected by a vote of KCAC sports information directors. Clancy is the first Southwestern men's golfer to earn the conference's weekly honor during the 2026-27 season.
