WINFIELD, Kan. — Southwestern College senior Raisean Dorsey has been named to the All-Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Second Team at second base following a standout 2026 season.
A native of San Jose, California, Dorsey was a key contributor to the Moundbuilders' offensive production, appearing in 44 games and delivering consistent results at the plate. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound senior posted a .399 batting average, collecting 59 hits and driving in 47 runs over the course of the season.
Dorsey also provided power in the lineup, hitting eight home runs and tallying 14 doubles, helping anchor Southwestern's offense throughout the year.
Originally attending Napa Valley College in Napa, California, Dorsey brought versatility to the Moundbuilders as well. In addition to his primary role at second base, he saw time at third base, shortstop and catcher, serving as a utility player capable of filling multiple positions.
Dorsey is set to graduate in May, concluding a collegiate career marked by offensive production and positional flexibility. His presence in the lineup will be missed as Southwestern looks ahead to next season.
